AFTER THE PANDEMIC WHAT NEXT

If you have not stopped for a second to think about your dealings after the pandemic then you are not doing yourself any good.

Even though a good number of persons still have their business running and some offices partially open, one thing that is peculiar to everyone is that we all have had an extra time to ourselves more than ever. An extra time to do more; an extra time to check more lists and set more goals; an extra time to attain greater heights.

But! Have you thought to stand in front and await the future. What is going to happen after everything normalize and we go back to the usually work work work routine. Will there be any change in dealings between businesses, companies, clients...?

Of courses there Will. In fact there must.

In particular there will be a shift toward cutting costs by companies and leveraging on skills, digital skills.

During this pandemic companies have had the need to employ people with skills that they never thought they needed. They have established platforms they never thought they should have had.

John obidi during the intro session for the just concluded Headstart Summit stressed the fact that Dominating the Post Covid you must learn how to get your products (skills) out

so what can be done, as we await the end of this pandemic. Yes we could do the  following;

1. Do skill check (what skill do you have, what skill do you need in your field and circle)

2. Resource check (what do you have and what are the resources you need; finance, tools, guidance...)

3. Develop and redevelop (use your results from 1 and 2 above to acquire new skill s well s strengthen your older skills)

You may have a Promising job already . but who says you cant have one or even two more (as side hustle).
